PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC: The BEST games coming out in 2018

The Nintendo Switch launched, we finally saw the release of a new Zelda game, Super Mario Odyssey took to the shelves, and Nintendo outlined its plans for world domination with its superb mix of first-party exclusives and hardware capability.

But we also saw Sony have a bumper year: Horizon Zero Dawn proved the company can still innovate with new IP, Nier: Automata came out of seemingly nowhere to provide a valid GOTY contender for many, and Persona 5 showed Atlus can continue to pull out all the stops with its RPG series.

Sonic Mania also showed the little blue mammal is still capable of turning out a good game, Microsoft blew gamers’ socks off with the most powerful console in the world with the Xbox One X and we saw a pretty exciting E3 outline many company’s plans for the future, too.

But can 2018 top such a busy year? It probably can – and the list below will show you why this year might just be able to outdo a stellar 2017.

Take a look at 22 of the biggest and best looking new games coming to PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in 2018 and beyond.

We’re days away from Black Friday 2017 , and numerous stores have revealed the deals they’ll have on offer this year. That includes Best Buy , which actually has an early, pre-Black Friday sale going on right now (more details below). But it’s Thanksgiving evening and the day after where the full selection of deals will be available, and we’ve rounded up everything you can expect to see discounted across PS4 , Xbox One , Switch , PC , and 3DS –and even a single, solitary deal for those looking for something new to play on Wii U and Wii.

In a trend we’re seeing at a number of retailers, there isn’t a wide array of hardware deals. Switch will be in stock but at its regular price of $300. Neither the PS4 Pro nor Xbox One X will be on sale, with the sale prices instead coming on the older hardware. A 1 TB PS4 can be had for $200, but that doesn’t include any free games. On the Microsoft side, you can get the Madden 18 Xbox One S 500 GB bundle for $230, and as a bonus, you’ll receive a free Xbox One controller . A free controller is also available with another bundle, which swaps in Forza Horizon 3 in place of Madden.
